First off, I'm sorry that I haven't posted in so long!

On to my review...
COLLECTION is a well-loved UK brand that goes by COLLECTION 2000.
It launched in the Philippines, I believe, early this year or around that time.
I could be all wrong about the date, but I'm glad that they have a display at LANDMARK, TriNoma.
That's where I got my:

This concealer had been raved about in so many UK youtube beauty gurus.
Like them, I'm a bit ticked off that they only have three shades.
The lightest one (forgot the name) was way too light for me and the darkest one was just a tad lighter.
To be honest, I should have picked the darkest one but I settled for LIGHT 2 to give my under eye area a bit of brightness.
The packaging is typical of an affordable product.
It's plastic making this drugstore concealer easy to carry around your purse.
It comes with a doe foot applicator at the tip of a no-bend wand.
At first swatch, it seems significantly too light for me.
The formula is very creamy but it's really easy to blend with either your fingers or a brush.
It blends out evenly. It's totally not patchy.
No wonder a lot of girls love this.
Even my camera has a hard time focusing (coz it blends like a dream) :P
I still used this shot because you can see the difference in color.
This is how I apply it:
1) Remove excess product from the applicator by skimming the tip on the sides.
2) Swatch what's left on the under eye area and around the nose.
3) Blend with a foundation brush (I use Artist Studio.) and with the finger (on the skin closest to the eyes - your water line).
The picture above shows the product only on the left side so you can see the difference with and without the COLLECTION Lasting Perfection concealer.
Like magic? :P
It makes a world of difference... on pictures.
The photo above shows that it covered a lot of my redness, especially around the nose and just below my under eye bags.
It doesn't cover up the purple on my eye bags - sigh!
How I wish it did!!!
The coverage is MEDIUM and works best on redness.
It stays on for 6 hours when set with powder.
And, it has minimal creasing even after 6 hours.
TIP:
Apply setting powder.
If you're setting your under eye area (and you have my problems too), set with a lighter shade of powder just to brighten up that area.
Overall, I'm still using this concealer everyday.
Even though it's not my Holy Grail product, I can see myself repurchasing this.
I might even purchase all three shade just to play around with it.
I haven't tried building it up because it'll just crease on me >.<
So, not sure you can do that.
