CLINIQUE BLUSHING BLUSH Powder Blush in #108 Cupid
I have writer's block. My make-up and skin care buying ban might have contributed to it.
I've also been posting mostly about skin care products. My make-up products must be in revolt by now for being thoroughly ignored.
BLUSHES are not my most favorite make-up products. As a result, I have very few of them. I've bought 4 blushes in my lifetime, all of them are drug store.
My high-end blushes are gifts from my mum who adore blushes and liquid eye-liners.
Unfortunately, as they are gifts, I've no idea how much they are.
This is my favorite of the lot. It's a peachy pink cool shade.
I learned to prefer cooler shades as the warmer shades oxidize orange on me most times.
It comes in a pretty square-ish compact with a reflective lid and acrylic bottom.
When new, it comes with this hard plastic cover and a decent soft angled blush brush.
I love this brush.
There are silver flexes in the blush but it's not very visible when applied.
The top swatch is on bare skin, while the bottom swatch is over a bit of foundation.
The bare swatch is leaning almost too pink, while the bottom swatch is much more faithful to the color on the pan.
Shimmer is only visible when under direct (strong) light, otherwise it looks very natural.
It just gives you a nice healthy beautiful flush.
This is a very easy blush to use. It's easy to blend and stays on for hours.
If you're looking to invest on a good quality blush no-brainer blush, do take a look at this blush.
xo, Pau
