You don't need a lot to have a relaxing spa day.
Do it home! Choose a quiet time, play some soothing music, grab iWhite Korea products, and voila! Relaxing magic happens.
Last Sunday, I had some time to myself in-between my home based tutoring gig.
I was feeling a bit stressed that day, so some spa time was in order.
Start with a good cleanse. Make sure to get all the day's dirt and oil from the surface.
This product is very nice. It doesn't overdo its job. It cleanse but does not leave your skin with a tight feeling.
Unfortunately, I find this happening with a lot of products. I choose this gentle cleanse as I'd be doing some hard core cleansing for next step.
There is so much fun to be had with this product.
First off, the packaging is absolutely adorable. Little did I know that it is an exact foreshadowing of what was to come.
Make sure to cut off the top of the bun and nowhere else. The packaging is designed to funnel the product out a little amount at a time.
The formula is runny and has the feel (without the smell) of Elmer's kiddie glue. And it dries just as quickly.
The trick here is to apply rapidly a little a time. It creates a more even surface. Had I known this, my mask wouldn't be as patchy.
Wait 15mins for the mask to dry completely.
The mask looks hilarious and perfect for Halloween. If it wasn't for the difficulty of face movement, I would wear this for trick-or-treating. I would no doubt have a hoard of sweets.
Also, the mask lays on top of the skin, it doesn't fill up pores.
I've never really noticed this as my other peel off masks are transparent.
Peel off the mask starting from the jawline.
The difficulty level of taking off the mask is average. If you have left over pieces of the mask on your skin, do not rub your skin like I did. It would only irritate your skin.
Instead, wash your face with water and a bit of cleanser (I used a bit of the iWhite Moisturizing Facial Wash).
The mask is as creepy on the face as well as off it.
Unlike the transparent masks, it is difficult to see the gunk on the iWhite Whitening Pack.
The texture is smooth on the outside and "paper-like" on the inside.
My skin is noticeably lighter. In fact, after a few days of using exclusively iWhite products, I've noticed that my skin is noticeably brighter.
At the same time, it accentuates my hyper-pigmentation.
If you're aiming for a gentle whitener, you should definitely check this product line out.
BTW, these products do come in full size. But the full size packaging isn't nearly as cute as the sachet.

To finish off the spa day, it is important to moisturize. Although I would have preferred a much stronger moisturizer, I've been faithful to the theme of the spa day.
Here, I'm testing out the iWhite Korea Aqua Moisturizing Cream.
Make sure to take off the top of the foil packet as shown above.
The product isn't at all runny. It is, however, quickly absorbed by the skin.
The blue (cute) cream turns more liquid upon application.
Try a little at a time on sections of the face as it is a very light formula and there wouldn't be time to spread it around.
On a good note, you do not need to work it on to the skin. It's a quick product and perfect for everyday of a busy lady.
It does feel hydrating. I'm thinking of getting this full size.
