The middle polish was part of my LANDMARK, TRINOMA haul.
I've owned the two other polishes for a while now. They are a bit dusty - apologies.
On to the review!
OMG Oh My Golly by Klik - P19.75
First Date - Cream
Toluene and D&P Free
10ml
I mainly used First Date on my nails with Bikini and Disco Ball for my accent nail.
OMG by Klik might have had a price increase as Bikini is P2 cheaper.
Bikini was a summer color for me, a coral pink. Disco Ball just looked fabulous on the bottle.
I originally picked up First Date because I didn't have a true pastel pink in my collection.
It looks pastel enough on the bottle and thought that the price was competitive to be my staple pastel pink.
It took three coats to get the full opacity. Like Demure, you needed to layer the polish on to get the color of the bottle.
It's also quite streaky and hard to work with. You'd need absolute patience for this.
Also, it's not a pastel pink. It's more like an electric baby pink.
I didn't expect to get such a sharp pink. I was thinking more of a muted one.
Don't mind the lines on the thumb. For some reason, I always get streaks on that nail more than others.
You can also clearly see the streaks on the thumb nail.
Let's take a look at the accent nail.
Unlike First Date, Bikini was spot on with the first layer. You can actually go with just one layer, I just put on two.
You get the color pay-off in just one layer and is such an easy product to use.
Disco Ball is just super cute. You get a lot of the hexagonal glitter in one swipe (maybe 4 for such huge glitter).
First Date is still a beautiful color. With patience, you could get it to work. It's just difficult and it's not perfect.
I wouldn't recommend First Date if you're looking for a true pastel pink, as it is not.
It takes so many layers to get to that color pay-off.
I would rather go with Bikini. It is so much better in all sense.
Hope you enjoyed!
