HAPPY DECEMBER!!!!
December is finally here!
So many wonderful things are about to happen... i.e. MY FAVORITE HOLIDAY!
Of course, December is also the busiest month at work.
My accounting gig is about to close books so every one is really busy. Plus, I need to make sure everyone is on board for the Christmas Party presentation for my other gig.
Then, there's the two office parties, plus numerous family and friends parties!!!
I always make sure to do something extra special so that the rest of the day isn't as stressful.
My go-to December getting-ready-for-work ritual is to make sure that I would smell good through out my busy day.

A few years back, I always spritz on my favorite perfume: CHANEL No. 5!
I worked the night shift at a ESL tutorial company, so wearing this scent was acceptable.
Chanel No. 5 is super rich and sexy. I don't wear it in the day time, unless it's a special occasion.

I got my bottle as a present from my mum one Christmas.
I guess she thought that I needed something to remind me that I'm now a lady :P
This bottle broke on me when I was half-way through :(

This is my new go-to scent!
I work day time now so I can't pull anything as rich and strong as Chanel No. 5.
This can go a little bit rich but not so strong.

If you want your scent to last, especially because the above is just a mist (think: body spray), you can layer on the same scent in lotion form before you spray it on.
It's common to layer scents but I haven't really gotten into that.
I still prefer to lather on the same scent and then spritz on the scent.

I don't spend a lot of money on scents as I tend to switch them every month.
I gravitate more to make-up and accessories.
