I got this for cheaps (P10) in the U.P. Arcade Holiday Bazaar in the all-for-P10 tent.
Being that it's only P10, some hygiene issues might come up.
There's huge chunks of glitter in there that's not pleasant when it makes contact with eyeballs, so I would not wear this on my water line. Instead, I line it above my regular eye pencil.
It looks gorgeous as a pop of color. Perfect for Spring!
