Single Blush-On in #17
P125
This is number three of my BLUSH Collection.
I've had two posts on my higher end blushes, which is a bit out of character.
I'm all about affordable products from LANDMARK, WATSONS and MERCURY DRUG.
It's time to go back to that :)
The packaging tries to be classy with its gum-textured plastic case.
The screw-on lid is made of plastic as well.
The packaging is reminiscent of NARS packaging, except it's lighter (lower quality?).
They have the same tendency to retain fingerprint marks on the black surface.
Bad as it is, I think the packaging is better than a lot of other alternatives - most especially, NICHIDO. I had a blush with almost similar packaging with this and NICHIDO broke on me when I dropped it ONCE.
The product shattered and the case cracked :(

They have a range of shades to choose from, which is really nice.
I got this product over one summer so I picked the peachy-pink shade.
Well, most of blushes is or had been on the peachy side :P
The blush is very soft. It gets everywhere when you're not careful.
Use a light hand when picking up the product.
It is also a tad bit chalky. But for the price I paid, it's not too bad.
The swatch above is over foundation, while the swatch below is on bare skin.
It gives decent color pay-off and gives a light shimmer under direct sunlight.
I use this for everyday wear. On gloomy days (or just for kicks), I'd put on extra highlight on top.
I'm not a big fan of highlights as I have super oily t-zone. So, if my blush has shimmer, I don't add highlighter on top. But you could do that if that's what bakes your cake ;)
Mind that this blush is only as good as your foundation.
On really well-blended and good-performing foundation, this blush won't budge for the first 5 hours (give or take).
However, when I use this on top of tinted moisturizer or BB cream, it tends to melt and travel down towards the jawline. Yikes!
Overall, this is a pretty decent product for the price. It takes a while to hit pan, as you can see.
It's a good casual day blush, maybe if you're just running errands, etc.
It's not advisable for LONG days though.
Enjoy!
xo, Pau
