EVADERM NIGHT CREAM with moisturizers - P45. 75
I got this in a haul (here) at the end of September and I've used it religiously as my night cream.
This brand is relatively unknown. Based on the beat up box it came in, this has been gathering dust on the (bottom) shelf (hidden under other products).
This is too bad because it's a really good affordable product.
You are definitely NOT paying for packaging. This plastic is through and through.
It's not fitted at the back very well, as you can see in the picture above. That's alright because the plastic pot has two layers and the product sits in the inner layer.
I am glad to note that there is a semblance of quality control here judging by the sticker at the back of the product.

It's a pearl cream, similar to the beloved ancient san-ing or Chinese made creams.
My mom was a great believer of san-ing. She swore it made her face fairer. It's true that her face is really fair in a bleached kind of way. It has pretty awful side-effects including sensitivity to direct sunlight. I do not recommend san-ing.

The product is very thick and is fantastic for dry skin. It takes a while to work on your skin as it is a "hard" cream. It doesn't easily melt on your skin.
That's not really a negative thing as this is a night cream. I feel that night creams should be thicker so that it works doubly hard to moisturize and hydrate your skin while you sleep to get it ready for the day ahead.
Don't be fooled by the strawberry on the packaging. It doesn't smell like strawberries.
Its smell reminds me of creams. It's a strong perfume scent.
I would love to repurchase if I can still find this!
It does wonders for my dry patches (I have combination skin). However, oily skinned girls may shy away from such a heavy moisturizer.
