CARELINE is one of the most affordable local make-up brands marketed towards the younger Filipina.
I love this brand because it's a great started kit for girls who are just starting their make-up collection.
They have such a wide variety of products from liquid foundation to lip glosses.
The packaging is made of lightweight plastic. It doesn't look very sturdy but you shouldn't be dropping your make-up, really.
It has a snap closure and a good-sized mirror (below)
It comes with six eyeshadows and two matte blushes. I'm thinking the reason the blush is matte is to balance the glitter shadows.
Mind that ALL of the shadows have glitter in them. This is quite a popular choice for most Filipinas.
The colors are all numbers and could be seen on a plastic sheet over the product when you get your palette.
I've had this palette a long while and have lost this plastic sheet :(
There's a bright barbie pink matte blush and a peach blush.
The blushes are super pigmented and I think are of good quality.
The blushes would show up well even with tanned Filipina skin. I'm glad they thought of that.
I love that their model isn't as white as paper (Ms. Erich Gonzales).

The bottom row of shadows are the darkest colors.
As you can see, I've already used a lot of the black. :P
The middle colors are bright ones and would be great for lid colors.
They aren't arranged in any logical way to be used together, in my opinion.
At the top row, we have the highlight colors.
These are my favorite colors in the palette. I could use them with any other shadow in my collection.
As highlighters, they are incredibly bright and catches the light very well.
The gold one is an obvious favorite for my neutral look.
Hope you enjoyed!
