A few weeks back, I attended the Open House for Ayala Land Premier PARK TERRACES. These are my photos from the event. I didn't get photos of the model units as there were a lot of clients in there and my huge camera was a bit embarrassing for the event.

SHOW ROOM, WHERE ART THOU?
The show room itself is discreetly located at the top floor of Greenbelt 5.
There are booths all over Greenbelt and Glorietta.
If you can't find your way to the show room, just ask one of the Property Specialists.
They are usually dressed corporate and has brochures in hand.

THE GREENS
Ayala is all about green so there's this huge lawn in front of it.
There's a lone scraggly tree in the middle of the lawn.
Poor tree! It needs friends.
Ayala is launching a new condo in Makati (Garden Towers) close to Park Terraces that would have a garden every other floor.
I'm not sure if you can keep your own plants, but this is great for orchid lovers!

MAKING THINGS EASIER
It's really difficult to find an RFO (Ready for Occupancy) at such a prime location as Makati.
Even if you have the money to spend, you'd have hard luck finding a unit to buy or even rent!

It's better to get a pre-selling one. It only takes a few years for the project to be RFO.
And by then, if you're not into condo living anymore, you can always rent it out!

Nothing gets more perfect than living in front of three connected malls: Glorietta, Land Mark, and SM. Of course, there's Rustans too...

Squinty eye was nearly back. The boyfriend wasn't really into sunlight.
