I am not a religious person. This is mainly because I'm not into organized religion. I feel like religion is a personal matter that should not be discussed with polite company. One thing that religion teaches you is the right and the wrong of life. Fortunately, we are a learned society who had defined some of the basic rights and wrongs. For me, I live by three things by order or priority... (1) LOYALTY, (2) HONOUR, and (3) JUSTICE.

This is similar to: what doesn't break you, makes you stronger. I had been at the academe... which is one of the most vicious environment ever. It's like The Game of Thrones... only confined within the four walls of academic structure. Like the person who made this, I too had to fight like hell. And this had made me discover a lot of strengths, my specific weakness and that compromise can be tricky. You need to smart all the time, and it has nothing to do with exams.
No excuses!

The world is a stage. Everyone has their own roles to play... everyone serves a purpose. I feel like nothing happens at random. Even if things don't go your way or you've been through something horrible, you have a choice to make your life a tragedy or a dramedy.

Not everyone will love you because life isn't fair like that. Take Katy Perry, who is such a beautiful and talented person. But even she had go through a failed relationship. It's best to learn to let things/people go. You cannot always make them stay.
And that's not their problem, but yours.

Take it from the girl who had the world at her feet, but had never found inner peace. I watched My Week with Marilyn and I found it an eye-opener. Pretty girls aren't always the happiest.

GRACE is one of the most invaluable traits a person can have. Kids are taught honesty, etc. in school. But grace should be one of those important qualities. Having grace makes one beautiful!
I didn't realize how difficult it was to have GRACE. It makes me think that you are either born with or without grace.

I will end with this quote. Make sure to spend a few minutes at the end of the day to assess yourself. This is a good habit to have. Cognitive thinking is important to learn about yourself. Some people vouch that you need time alone to find yourself. That's also true but not all people are privileged enough to have the luxury of having "alone time". If you need to think about things, you should just do it.
