The end of October (next week!) is hell week for office-friends-acquintances Halloween parties. You may end up going to more than one costume party. So, it's best to be prepared with staples that can go with different costume ideas.
My favorite Halloween accessory is a pair of SPARKLY RED HEELS. I bought a pair of them one fateful year and it seems to keep resurrecting every Halloween.
Follow the jump for some Hallo-costumes that you could do with your heels:
1) DOROTHY GALE (Wizard of Oz)
White dress with puffy sleeves + cheap blue apron + pigtails w/ ribbons + ruffled socks + mascara and Revlon lip stain in a berry shade + basket w/ stuffed dog (optional)
2) JESSICA RABBIT (Who Framed Roger Rabbit)
Red Sparkly dress + satin (looking) gloves + red wig + either long cigarette holder or a microphone (optional)
3) BB. PILIPINAS - MISS UNIVERSE
Evening gown of your choice + cheap toy tiara/crown + SASH that says "Bb. Pilipinas" in small caps w/ "MISS UNIVERSE" in huge caps + bouquet (optional)
Three looks using one pair of shoes! Personally, Dorothy Gale is my favorite Hallo-costume. Although I'm not altogether that sweet ;)
